Thanks to the waterproof Gore-Tex® membrane, your feet stay dry even in wet conditions, while the high breathability ensures a pleasant foot climate. The upper material made from sustainable terracare® nubuck leather and the PFC-free DWR waterproofing not only offer protection from the elements, but also help to protect the environment.
The gusseted design and pre-shaped tongue construction ensure a perfect fit and maximum comfort. With the 3D Memo Foam padding, the shoe adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot and protects against blisters. The 2-zone lacing system allows for individual adjustment so that the shoe offers the perfect fit in every situation. The raised rubber edge strip provides additional protection against abrasion and damage.
The Vibram® Hexa Tech sole provides excellent grip on a wide variety of terrain and the weight of just 645 g (EU 42 ⅔) makes the boot particularly light. With a flex index of B2 and a drop of 11 mm, the Kento Advanced High GTX Men offers the necessary stiffness for conditional crampon resistance so that even more demanding tours can be mastered.
