• Bike Stretch ECO

  Bike Stretch ECO is a bi-elastic material made from recycled nylon and recycled elastane that is used for cycling shorts. Bike Stretch ECO delivers first-class values in terms of fit, pilling and abrasion resistance.

• 4 Way Stretch

  The material is transversely and longitudinally elastic and offers maximum freedom of movement.

• Bistretch Shammy

  The bi-stretch properties of our seat cushions ensure increased comfort due to their extreme stretchability.

• Foam shammy

  The seat cushion is equipped with perforated foam. This improves ventilation and moisture transport.

• Invisible Zipper

  When closed, the zipper disappears under the fabric. This avoids the visual interruption of elaborate prints.

• Poligiene Pad

  Seat pad with an additional Polygiene® finish.

• Seamless Shammy

  Our seat cushions have exclusively glued seams. Painful pressure points caused by conventional seams are therefore a thing of the past in the future.

• Siliconized Skin Strap

  The product has laser-cut terminations with an additional silicone coating.

• Vented

  The garment is equipped with additional ventilation. These include ventilation slits, perforated, laser-cut inserts or the use of highly breathable mesh material.

• Peak Women

  The new Peak cushion is designed for demanding riders and offers maximum comfort on long distances. High density and 3-layer foam guarantee maximum protection against shocks and perfect cushioning in the stressed areas. The perforation of the foam has been brought to a new level by the TRS2 technology: The holes are smaller, but the number has increased. This makes the surface smoother, with evenly distributed breathability. For the soft-tech material on the surface, we use an innovative polyester-microfibre fabric, which provides unprecedented comfort. The combination of a new surface and breathable base material results in enormously high stretch properties. Thanks to technological improvements, the entire padding is lighter, softer, more comfortable and hardly noticeable.
