  PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation Thermoplume®:PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation ThermoPlume® with Cross Core™ technology, is the new result of PrimaLoft® researchers. This new concept of synthetic thermal insulating filling, allows a very clean and essential design of garments, with performance and thermal comparable to that of a classic natural down filling. The synthetic fibers of the feather are sealed with an aerogel, this material is super light and known for its thermal insulation. The new fiber not only provides a thermal performance equivalent to the fill-power 600 of down, but is also very compressible.   Construction system developed for the sweat-prone zones of soft shells and insulation layers: allows optimal breathability and use of more breathable fabrics even in outer layers, for moisture wicking support.The VAPOVENT™ system consists of a 3-layer sandwich.

• Recycled Materials

  La Sportiva introduces fibers and fillings obtained from recycled polyester, certified RePET® and obtained from plastic bottles at the end of their use cycle. The garments with the label "RECYCLED FABRIC & INSULATION" guarantee:- Any petrochemical product is replaced by fibers obtained from recycled polyester- The garment contributes to the reduction of environmental impact- Durability and long-lasting quality- A lower production of CO2 (about 54% less than a conventional fiber production) in the production process of recycled polyester fibers
