The TX S GTX from La Sportiva is the ideal technical shoe for hiking and backpacking, even under heavy loads. Perfect for use on via ferratas and for approaches on hard and rocky ground, this shoe offers an outstanding combination of comfort and functionality. Equipped with a GORE-TEX-Extended-Comfort membrane, the shoe is lightweight, waterproof and breathable. The design of the TX series, inspired by the approach, is characterized by a highly abrasion-resistant mesh upper that provides additional comfort.
The abrasion-resistant scree protection and impact-resistant rubber toe cap offer optimum protection, while the 3D Flex movement system at the ankle ensures maximum freedom of movement and surefootedness. The TX S GTX is a structured and protective shoe that is made for long use thanks to the stabilizing insole. The sole made of a Vibram Megagrip compound is particularly slip-resistant and the wide heel, combined with the Hiking studs and differentiated thicknesses, supports grip both when descending and ascending.
