The Skorpius CR II by La Sportiva has been specially developed for the most demanding ski tourers who are able to overcome large differences in altitude on technical terrain and in remote areas. This touring ski boot is the ideal companion for the Grande Course on skis, thanks to its excellent walking characteristics, which are necessary to conquer the most inaccessible peaks, even if you have to carry your skis.
The bio-based Pebax® Rnew shell, reinforced with carbon fibers, reduces the thickness of the materials used without compromising structural strength. The result is a boot that is light on the ascent and at the same time very stiff, efficient and powerful on the descent. The BOA® Fit System provides a micro-adjustable fit that ensures great precision both on the ascent and the descent.
The Pebax®EZ 3D Flex Tongue™ tongue allows great freedom of movement of the ankle, both on steep slopes and on flat terrain. The Ski/Walk SWING-LOCK closure-System™ guarantees maximum speed of closure and prevents accidental collisions of the mechanical parts with rocks, facilitating walking on the most technical sections.
