Katadyn Combi Filter

The Katadyn Combi offers two functions in one device (activated carbon and ceramic). Easy change to single-stage operation (ceramic only, without activated carbon stage). The proven ceramicdepth filter removes bacteria, protozoa and other pathogens. The mini pores of the filter ceramic (pore size: 0.2 micron = 0.0002 mm) are smaller than the microorganisms mentioned. Due to their size, these cannot pass through the filter element and are removed from the water. The capacity is approx. 1L/min. and the service life up to 50,000L, but this depends on the water quality. The activated carbon should be replaced after 2 fillings or 400L. The Katadyn Combi is a versatile filter for use when trekking or in a motorhome, on a world trip or mountain tour, in emergency situations or as a transition filter to home. The filter is suitable for small groups of up to 3 people and for heavily contaminated water. There is also a connection set for the tap, which converts the filter for use at home, on a boat or in a vacation cabin.
