MIPS is a head protection system integrated into selected K2 helmet models that can provide better protection in the event of falls where the head is exposed to rotational forces due to contact with snow or other objects.
Hybrid construction
This unique construction combines the advantages of in-mold and hard-shell constructions. The primary in-mold construction makes the helmet incredibly light, while the secondary hard shell upper material provides additional stability.
