We wanted to create a minimalist shoe that retained the supportive structure of the legendary Empire, but took a step forward in style. To achieve this goal, we equipped the ultra-lightweight monofilament meshSynchwire™ upper with additional structural support through thermoplastic Teijin® polyurethane reinforcements. The Easton® EC90-SLX2 carbon fiber sole gives the shoe optimum stiffness and ensures ideal power transmission. Thanks to our adaptable Super Natural Fit footbed, the Empire™ SLX is a shoe that will convince you from the start with the highest level of comfort and pedalling efficiency.
