The Avera Mips by Giro is the ideal companion for ski touring and freeskiingadventures, designed for all-mountain use. The innovative In-Mold construction combines a robust polycarbonate outer shell with a shock-absorbing EPS inner shell, which not only ensures low weight but also excellent ventilation. Thanks to the MIPS® system, this helmet offers additional protection in the event of multidirectional impact forces, which significantly increases safety on the slopes.
The In Form™ fit system allows the helmet to be individually adjusted, while the Thermostat Control™ ventilation ensures optimum temperature regulation. The ventilation openings also prevent the ski goggles from fogging up so that you always have a clear view. The super-soft padding and removable ear pads offer additional comfort, even on long days in the snow.
Another highlight of the Avera Mips is its seamless compatibility with all Giro goggles, which ensures a perfect fit and function. For music lovers, the helmet is compatible with the Giro Audio System by Outdoor Tech, which is available as an accessory and makes the experience on the slopes even more intense. Available in sizes S (52-55.5 cm) and M (55.5-59 cm), the helmet is unisex and adapts perfectly to different head shapes.
