Wheeled backpack cover. The clever wheeled transport and protective cover turns any backpack or travel bag into wheeled luggage, keeping gear together during the flight and throughout the trip. A zippered opening keeps the carrying system of an internal backpack accessible and allows for a quick change from rolling luggage to a customized backpack.
