Eisbär Active Warm Headband

I am part of the STRIVE line, the world's first highly functional and all-natural knitted head and neckwear sports collection. Thanks to my specific blend of pure natural materials implemented in 3D-Active-Knit-Technology and thickest material density with 12,5 cm height, I am designed to shine under lowest temperatures and strongest wind. T3 is the thickest model in the STRIVE series with the highest percentage of merino wool, ensuring performance in bitter cold weather with a slightly higher headband shape than T1. My knitting pattern indicates areas of specific functionality for designated zones that require additional thermoregulation, absorption or ventilation. By effectively covering the lower portion of the ears, I am protecting an area that has proven to be particularly sensitive to temperature. Patent pending. Made in Austria. In my product development, for the first time, an in-house developed head mapping system was used, which revealed different temperature zones, properties and requirements and led to the creation of a specific 3D knitting pattern with adapted structure. Together with several model-specific material combinations - a blend of 100% certified bio merino wool (no mulesing), Skindry MicroModal and SolucellAirTM - highest functionality and wearing comfort is achieved. Accompanied, and at the same time challenged, by an independent field test team of discerning outdoor enthusiasts who challenged the limits of what was initially thought possible, my performance features have proven themselves under laboratory conditions and outdoors alike.
