Edelrid Riot Hammer II

The Riot Hammer II from Edelrid is the ideal all-roundice tool for demanding mountaineers and ice climbers. Specially developed for technical mountaineering and ice climbing, it offers a secure grip and high precision thanks to its ergonomic handle. The innovative shaft geometry increases the impact force, while the waterfall pick made of hardened steel produces hardly any explosive effect in the ice thanks to its special shape. This enables stable and precise positioning in challenging ice- and rock formations.
The modular system of the Riot Hammer II allows extensive customization to meet individual requirements and conditions. Whether with shovel or hammer - both variants have exactly the same weight, which guarantees balanced handling. An optionally mountable accelerator on the pick can additionally increase the impact force to act even more efficiently in extreme conditions.
Another highlight is the load-bearing steel spike, which is not only robust with a load capacity of 8 kN, but also offers the option of attaching a carabiner. The scope of delivery also includes a finger rest and an Allen key to adapt the ice axe to your personal needs.
