The facts at a glance
Dainese Trail Skins Air Elbow Guards
The range of protectors Dainese Trail Skins offers the perfect balance between good handling and protection: for maximum freedom of movement and the highest international safety standards in any discipline. The ideal choice for riders who want to cover long distances both downhill and uphill. The Trail Skins Air product line focuses on lightness and breathability: the structure of the protectors has been optimized to achieve maximum ventilation and a reduction in weight. Trail Skins Air elbow protectors are designed around the Pro shape 2.0 protector inspired by the geometry of naturally occurring auxetic materials. Upon impact or stress, these expand simultaneously in all directions, increasing the area of coverage. The structure of the Pro-Shape 2.0 protector allows maximum flexibility and adaptability to all movements of the elbow, following them in every phase of the ride. It absorbs 83% of the impact force and does not transfer it to the elbow. Its surface is 55% completely open, so that excellent ventilation and heat exchange can be guaranteed - both in the Ab and in the Auffahrt. Ideal for all riders who want to tackle long rides even on the hottest days. The stability of the elbow protector is guaranteed by a long, breathable sock that covers the entire biceps and a practical elastic band on the forearm - even during the most intense use.

How to measure
- 1. Calf circumference:Measured at the widest part of the calf. The tape should not constrict and must be passed around the leg horizontally.
- 2. Thigh circumference:Measured at the widest part of the thigh approximately halfway between the crotch and the knee.
- 3. Forearm circumference:Measured at the thickest part of the forearm.
- 4. Upper arm circumference:Measured at the thickest part of the biceps.
- 5. Sleeve length:The distance from top of shoulder joint to arm wrist. Angle the arm slightly and pass the tape through the elbow as well.
