How to measure
- 1. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 2. Torso length:Measured from the cervical vertebrae (prominent bone you feel in your neck when you tilt your head forward) to the top of your hip bone (felt in your back).
