With the Conscious Wmn pants, we have taken the focus on nature and the environment to a new level. When it comes to sports activities and competitions, we borrow from nature every day. Now it's time to give something back with a sustainable product, where this sustainable product will also be one of Daehlies best pants for intense training. With the Conscious range we have created the most sustainable product ever, without compromising on quality and functionality. The entire front part as well as the seat area are wind and water repellent. This material is made of 80% Tencel and 20% merino wool. The knitted mesh panel on the back of the lower legs and under the sleeves is made of an elastic material of 73% Tencel and 28% merino wool, providing the optimal combination of ventilation, temperature regulation and movement. The perfect mix of sustainable Tencel® and merino wool provides optimal insulation, quick drying and good moisture transport. Like merino wool, Tencel adapts to different body temperatures and offers an incredibly soft feel. The material, made from Tencell® and merino wool, has been specially developed for the Conscious range. Dæhlie's design department found the optimal mix of the two fibers after extensive testing. A welt pocket with a zipper on the left side for small items. The zipper on the lower legs extends to the knees and makes it easier to put on and take off the pants. All zippers are made of recycled material. With the high elastic waistband and drawstring, the pants can be adjusted to fit any body shape. The pant legs are shaped to follow the movement pattern of a skier. Tencel® from Lyocell is a fiber developed from cellulose pulp from the sustainable eucalyptus tree. This tree grows rapidly and is cultivated on FSC certified tree farms without genetic modification or artificial irrigation. The chemicals used to produce the fiber are administered in a closed system. This means that the solvent is recycled, reducing hazardous waste. The fiber is as strong as polyester and as soft as silk. Its breathability, moisture wicking and antibacterial properties make it the ideal solution for both high and low intensity training.
