The fully redesigned W Belay Parka by Black Diamond for 2023 is the ultimate choice for women who are urban or working outdoors in cold temperatures. Made from durable PrimaLoft® material, this versatile jacket offers excellent thermal insulation yet is stretchy enough to ensure maximum freedom of movement. The adjustable, climbing helmet-compatible hood and lightweight stretch cuffs provide additional comfort and protection from the elements.
With a two-way-YKK® zipper that has a DWR treatment and wind cover, the parka offers optimal protection and easy handling, especially when belaying. The jacket has two hand pockets, two zippered chest pockets and two internal throw-in pockets that provide sufficient storage space for all important items such as gloves and drinks bottles. The left chest pocket is also equipped with an inner pocket made of elastic mesh fabric to securely stow smaller items.
The W Belay Parka is not only functional, but also stylish. The drawcord at the hood and hem allows for a customized fit, while the fully reworked fabric and fit for 2023 ensure a modern look. How to measure
- 1. Collar circumference:Measured around the larynx. Measured at the level of the larynx. The tape should not constrict and must be passed around the neck horizontally.
- 2. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 3. Sleeve length:The distance from top of shoulder joint to arm wrist. Angle the arm slightly and pass the tape through the elbow as well.
- 4. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 5. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
