The Black Diamond Alpenglow Pro Hoody offers ultimate sun protection as well as water resistance for trips into the mountains with unpredictable weather. In addition to the UPF 50+ fabric, we have also added GTT's revolutionary Empel™ technology, an environmentally friendly, PFC-free, water-repellent surface treatment that is superior in performance to any other C-6, C-8 or C-0 DWR solution. The Alpenglow Pro is also equipped with a ¼ zipper to regulate body temperature, HeiQ Pure mesh inserts under the arms for added breathability, a concealed chest pocket, thumb loops and a hood for wearing under a helmet, making this hoodie an essential layer of clothing from the desert to the Alps.

How to measure
- 1. Collar circumference:Measured around the larynx. Measured at the level of the larynx. The tape should not constrict and must be passed around the neck horizontally.
- 2. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 3. Sleeve length:The distance from top of shoulder joint to arm wrist. Angle the arm slightly and pass the tape through the elbow as well.
- 4. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 5. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
