The Arctus Parka is designed for people stationed at remote outposts, living in cold climates or exploring extremely cold environments. The features of this parka are designed to make your work easier. Large patch pockets make it easy to store essential items and the insulated chest pocket can be used to carry gadgets or snacks. The oversized zipper pulls are easy to grip even with thick gloves, aluminum-D rings can be attached to a Skidoo emergency stop button, and the ventilated chin guard allows you to breathe easily without exposing your skin to the cold and fogging up your goggles.The Arctus has a robust ripstop outer material and protects you from wind, sleet and snow. Simple design optimizations maintain performance but make it easier to repair in remote areas. The waterproof membrane is separate from the outer and inner fabric and is not connected with zippers, making repairs easy.
