The Frostline Short from Mountain Equipment is an indispensable companion on long ski tours in cold conditions. Thanks to their DRILITE® Loft 20D outer material, these down shorts for men offer excellent protection against wind and water and reliably keep out the cold. With 54g down filling (Gr. L) and a high fill power of at least 700 cuin, it ensures optimum thermal insulation and comfort.
Thanks to the quilted down chambers, the filling remains evenly distributed and prevents cold bridges. The Frostline short is equipped with two practical side pockets with zippers that offer plenty of storage space for important items. The elasticated waistband, which can be adjusted with a drawstring, ensures a perfect fit and a high level of comfort.
The full-length 2-Wege zippers from YKK® with insulated cover are particularly practical, allowing you to put them on and take them off quickly, even in adverse conditions at the windy summit. This means the down shorts can be quickly stowed away in the rucksack for the next ascent without the wearer wasting any unnecessary time.
