• LOWA® CROSS III

  The SIRKOS EVO GTX LO Ws is equipped with a LOWA RUBBER OUTSOLE. This is a rubber outsole designed by LOWA with an application-specific tread design made from an optimized rubber compound. The advantage of a rubber outsole is its good grip. With the self-cleaning tread sole LOWA® CROSS III the name says it all: It plays to its strengths in changing terrain and allows energy-saving running or hiking in more challenging terrain thanks to its special profile design.

• Gore-Tex

  Guaranteed weather protection, even in heavy rain and snow: The TORO PRO GTX MID Ws is equipped with a GORE-TEX membrane. This innovative technology ensures optimum waterproofness and breathability. Permanently waterproof The membrane is reliably waterproof. No matter what adventure you are planning, you can rely on the GORE-TEX technology to keep your feet pleasantly dry. High breathability Designed for optimized breathability, GORE-TEX shoes ensure pleasant comfort even during intensive activities. Water cannot penetrate, while water vapor can escape from the inside through the billions of pores in the GORE-TEX membrane. Windproof The GORE-TEX membrane reliably keeps wind and weather at bay. This means you can go on tours in any weather.

• SINGLE INJECTION

  The MERGER GTX LO Ws is a shoe in which the outsole is directly molded to the shoe. This method of production creates a highly precise and very strong connection between the sole and the upper. Lightness This process uses the plastic polyurethane. This is a very lightweight foam. Cushioning The plastic polyurethane is a foam that has very good cushioning properties. Even if the millions of small bubbles are frequently compressed, they still retain their shape and bounce back to their original state. This ensures a good rebound effect. Wide range of design options Direct injection allows the sole to be designed in completely different ways. The versatile properties of the materials used thus enable the shoes to be used in a wide range of applications.

• STABILITY FRAME

  In the MERGER GTX JUNIOR VCR LO model, the midsole in the form of the LOWA MONOWRAP® frame ensures the best comfort. This is a three-dimensional midsole design developed by LOWA in 1995. This frame comfortably cradles the foot, providing support on uneven surfaces. In shoes with a STABILITY FRAME, the sole construction is thereby widely raised. Good guidance of the foot The three-dimensional design of the frame ensures that the foot is optimally embedded in the shoe. Increased comfort The special construction of the midsole ensures a comfortable stance in the shoe. The foot is pleasantly embraced by the three-dimensional frame. Lightness The LOWA MONOWRAP® frame is made of polyurethane plastic. This is a very lightweight material.

• WOMEN'S LISTS

  To ensure an optimal fit, the last of the TORO PRO GTX MID Ws is specially adapted to the female anatomy. The last is largely responsible for ensuring that the shoe fits well. As women's feet have a smaller volume, the instep height and ball circumference are adjusted, for example.

• SOFT SHANK

  Women's calves start lower than men's calves. That's why the TORO PRO GTX MID Ws model is equipped with a special cuff. This is softer and more flexible.
