• LOWA® MULTI TRAC® KIDS

  The outsole of the INNOX PRO GTX MID JUNIOR is made of polyurethane (PU) and scores with an insert-optimized tread design. The combination of good damping behavior and lightness makes these soles ideal. The performance sole LOWA® MULTI TRAC® KIDS was designed for multifunctional outdoor use by the little adventurers. The triangular lug shape shows best properties uphill and downhill on different grounds. The abrasion-resistant flexible outsole scores with a pleasant rolling behavior and durability - even with many uses on asphalt.

• DOUBLE INJECTION

  For effective cushioning and a high level of comfort, the sole of the ALVERA GTX Ws is connected to the upper using a technically complex injection molding process. To do this, the upper shoe is placed in a specially manufactured mold. PU foam is then inserted into the mold in different layers. This creates the sole, which bonds directly with the upper to form a single unit. Lightweight The plastic used in this process is polyurethane. This is a very light foam material. Cushioning Polyurethane plastic is a foam that has very good cushioning properties. Even if the millions of small bubbles are frequently compressed, they still retain their shape and bounce back to their original state. This ensures a good rebound effect. Wide range of design options Direct injection molding means that the sole can be designed in a wide range of different ways. The versatile properties of the materials used allow the shoes to be used in a wide range of applications.

• SUPPORT FRAME

  In the INNOX PRO GTX MID JUNIOR model, the midsole in the form of the LOWA-MONOWRAP® frame ensures optimum comfort. This is a three-dimensional midsole design developed by LOWA in 1995. This frame comfortably cradles the foot and supports it on uneven surfaces. In shoes with a SUPPORT FRAME, the sole construction is slightly raised.   The INNOX PRO GTX MID JUNIOR model is made using a special children's last. This is not simply a smaller version of the adult last. The children's last is specially adapted to the anatomy of children's feet and reduced in volume. In addition, the height and width of various areas such as the heel, toe and instep are adjusted.

• LOWA DynaPU®

  The midsole is largely responsible for the rolling behavior and cushioning of a shoe. In the ALVERA GTX Ws, this consists of a specially developed synthetic material: LOWA DynaPU®.
