• LOWA® ENDURO EVO JUNIOR

  The MADDOX GTX MID JUNIOR is equipped with a LOWA RUBBER OUTSOLE. This is a rubber outsole designed by LOWA with an application-specific tread design made from an optimized rubber compound. The advantage of a rubber outsole is its good grip. The sharp-edged tread design of the LOWA® ENDURO EVO JUNIOR rubber sole is self-cleaning and supports playing and romping on different surfaces.

• Gore-Tex

  Guaranteed weather protection, even in heavy rain and snow: The TORO PRO GTX MID Ws is equipped with a GORE-TEX membrane. This innovative technology ensures optimum waterproofness and breathability. Permanently waterproof The membrane is reliably waterproof. No matter what adventure you are planning, you can rely on the GORE-TEX technology to keep your feet pleasantly dry. High breathability Designed for optimized breathability, GORE-TEX shoes ensure pleasant comfort even during intensive activities. Water cannot penetrate, while water vapor can escape from the inside through the billions of pores in the GORE-TEX membrane. Windproof The GORE-TEX membrane reliably keeps wind and weather at bay. This means you can go on tours in any weather.

• LOWA DynaPU®

  The midsole is largely responsible for the rolling behavior and cushioning of a shoe. In the TORO PRO GTX MID Ws, this consists of a specially developed synthetic material: LOWA DynaPU®. The special feature: Even if it is compressed a thousand times, it still retains its restoring force. Thus, the shoes made from it have very good cushioning properties even after many kilometers. Midsole made of LOWA DynaPU® Good comfort The special material development is characterized by good damping properties, which noticeably increases walking comfort and rolling behavior - even over long distances. Good rebound effect The polyurethane plastic is a foam that has very good damping properties. Even if the millions of small bubbles are frequently compressed, they still retain their shape and bounce back to their original state. This provides a good rebound effect. Lightweight The polyurethane plastic is very lightweight foam. Thus, the sole scores with the best wearing comfort.

• SUPPORT FRAME

  In the TORO PRO GTX MID Ws model, the midsole in the form of the LOWA-MONOWRAP® frame ensures the best comfort. This is a three-dimensional midsole design that LOWA developed in 1995. This frame comfortably cradles the foot and supports it on uneven surfaces. In shoes with a SUPPORT FRAME, the sole construction is slightly raised. • SINGLE INJECTION

  The MERGER GTX LO Ws is a shoe in which the outsole is directly molded to the shoe. This method of production creates a highly precise and very strong connection between the sole and the upper. Lightness This process uses the plastic polyurethane. This is a very lightweight foam. Cushioning The plastic polyurethane is a foam that has very good cushioning properties. Even if the millions of small bubbles are frequently compressed, they still retain their shape and bounce back to their original state. This ensures a good rebound effect. Wide range of design options Direct injection allows the sole to be designed in completely different ways. The versatile properties of the materials used thus enable the shoes to be used in a wide range of applications.

• CHILDREN'S LISTS

  The MERGER GTX JUNIOR VCR LO model is made using a special children's last. This is not just a smaller version of the adult last. The children's last is specially adapted to the anatomy of children's feet and reduced in volume. In addition, the height and width of various areas such as the heel, toe and instep are adjusted.
