• VIBRAM SCALATORE EVO

  The CEVEDALE II GTX Ws has a Vibram sole. The Italian sole manufacturer has been one of the leading brands in the field of high-quality soles for many years. The VIBRAM SCALATORE EVO performance sole was designed for high alpine summit strikers. The sole profile including rubber compound, the sole contact surface and the "Climbing Zone" at the tip of the sole allow precise kicking and a good grip.

• Gore-Tex

  Guaranteed weather protection, even in heavy rain and snow: The TORO PRO GTX MID Ws is equipped with a GORE-TEX membrane. This innovative technology ensures optimum waterproofness and breathability. Permanently waterproof The membrane is reliably waterproof. No matter what adventure you are planning, you can rely on the GORE-TEX technology to keep your feet pleasantly dry. High breathability Designed for optimized breathability, GORE-TEX shoes ensure pleasant comfort even during intensive activities. Water cannot penetrate, while water vapor can escape from the inside through the billions of pores in the GORE-TEX membrane. Windproof The GORE-TEX membrane reliably keeps wind and weather at bay. This means you can go on tours in any weather.

• TWO ZONE LACING

  Thanks to the two-zone lacing, the LAVENA EVO GTX Ws has forefoot and upper with separately adjustable lacing zones. This allows the shoe to be individually adapted to the anatomy of the foot and laced differently for uphill and downhill walking.

• CLOSE TO THE GROUND

  Anyone out and about in alpine terrain faces numerous challenges. Scree fields, rocky outcrops and rough terrain place the highest demands on footwear. LOWA has therefore used CLOSE TO THE GROUND technology in the CITUX Ws to give you a good feel for the ground. The sole is designed in such a way that the distance to the ground is as small as possible. This construction height minimization across the entire shoe promotes a natural feel on demanding tours and ensures a more stable stance on uneven terrain.

• FLEXFIT SYNCRO®

  The CEVEDALE II GTX Ws is equipped with FLEXFIT-SYNCRO® technology. This is an asymmetrical upper construction that allows the upper of the shoe to move "in sync" with the lower leg. This noticeably improves walking comfort - especially on trails and paths or in rough terrain. The technology takes into account the fact that the foot strike does not occur centrally below the hip joint, but slightly offset towards the center.

• I-LOCK

  Simply tighten and fix: To simplify lacing, LOWA has developed a special clamp hook for the LAVENA EVO GTX Ws. This allows lacing in two zones. After the lacing has been tightened in the lower area of the shoe, the lace can be blocked via this clamping hook. By simply pressing the hook upwards, the clamping is released and the instep lacing can be loosened.

• ROLLER EYELETS

  To ensure that the laces run flexibly and smoothly through the eyelets, small balls in the metal loops of the LAVENA EVO GTX Ws minimize friction.

• X-LACING

  So the tongue sits where it belongs - without slipping and pressure points: With the X-LACING technology, this is easily possible with the LAVENA EVO GTX Ws. The special lacing fixes the tongue both vertically and horizontally. Since the lacing is thereby independent of the individual height of the instep, this construction is ideally suited for every foot. Due to this lacing technology, the pressure of the laces is no longer transferred only to the hooks, but flat to the entire tongue.

• FLEXFIT®

  If the upper of a hiking boot can be bent slightly, the foot can roll better. This saves energy, especially when walking uphill, and provides noticeable comfort. For this reason, LOWA has incorporated a flexible zone and a so-called "Lace Loop" in the area of the arch of the foot in the LAVENA EVO GTX Ws. This refers to the offset of the eyelet and the use of a flexible deep draw hook, which improves the heel fit and facilitates flexion.

• LOWA FLEX®

  To ensure that each individual eyelet is flexible, these are attached to individual attached lacing parts in the LAVENA EVO GTX Ws . These are made of soft border leather or cuddly textile materials to avoid pressure points. Due to the flexible arrangement of the eyelets, individual adjustment of the lacing is easily possible without creating excessive pressure at individual points. At the same time, the tongue is reliably enclosed.

• C4-TONGUE

  With this special construction of the tongue, the LAVENA EVO GTX Ws is noticeably more comfortable to wear. For example, the tongue has thicker padding on the outside of the foot and a soft finish at the top. This asymmetrical padding provides effectively coordinated support in different areas of the foot. Furthermore, to accommodate the anatomy of the feet, the cutouts for the ankle areas are higher on the inside than on the outside. In addition, a flexible flex insert is integrated on the inside of the foot.

• Semi automatic crampons

  The LAVENA EVO GTX Ws is suitable for "semi-automatic crampons". These are crampons for mountaineering and approach shoes that have a rear sole edge but not a front sole edge. Wide touring spectrum Semi-automatic crampons with heel bar are a hybrid solution for a wide touring spectrum. This makes them ideally suited for combined tours on ice and rock. Suitable for alpine boots With semi-automatic crampons with heel stirrup, only one rocker mount is required at the back of the shoe. Therefore, the system fits well on conditionally and fully crampon resistant alpine boots. Variable use Semi-automatic crampons with heel bar can be used very variably due to their basket and rocker arm system.
