The Spire Woman GTX from La Sportiva is an innovative new generation hiking shoe, ideal for fast hikes and demanding outdooradventures. This versatile shoe combines the DNA of La Sportiva with advanced technologies from the world of mountain running. Thanks to GORE-TEX SURROUND® technology, the Spire Woman GTX is completely waterproof while offering outstanding breathability. The ventilation surfaces are cleverly integrated into the upper, the insole and the EVA midsole, maximizing air circulation.
The mid-cut upper of the shoe consists of the Nano-Cells 2.0™ structure, which is made from super breathable small cells and, in combination with GORE-TEX SURROUND®, ensures optimum ventilation. In addition, a robust mono-bava nylon mesh protects the ventilation channels on the sides of the midsole from the ingress of small stones and dirt. The Stability Control System™ in the lower part of the shoe provides reliable anti-torsion stabilization and supports the ventilation channels of the GORE-TEX SURROUND® technology.
