The Akasha II Woman from La Sportiva is the revised version of the popular Akasha and is part of the renowned Mountain Running® line. This shoe is specially designed for endurance competitions and is ideal for long-distance runs, ultramarathons, ultratrails and long training sessions. Thanks to the optimal cushioning, the Cushion Platform™ footbed and a generous inner volume, the Akasha II offers exceptional comfort even during intensive use.
The soft, breathable upper material with Slip-on construction prevents pressure points and ensures a comfortable ride. The rear Dynamic ProTechTion™ reinforcements provide additional protection and support the natural movement of the foot without constricting it. The sticky FriXion® Red sole with dual compound and the innovative Trail Rocker™ solution promotes natural heel-to-toe roll and improves running dynamics.
The environmentally friendly materials are particularly noteworthy: the laces and the Ortholite® Hybrid footbed are made from recycled material, which makes the Akasha II Woman not only high-performance but also sustainable. The shoe is lined and warm, making it ideal for hiking and other outdoor activities.
