Scott Boot Cosmos
The SCOTT Cosmos proves to be a versatile touring boot that is suitable for both ambitious ski tourers and recreational skiers. The new generation of the Cosmos is lighter and offers more freedom of movement thanks to the brand new Cabrio Hybrid construction, making long ascents and challenging descents effortless.
Made from high-quality Pebax Rnew® material, the Cosmos offers a Flex-Index of 110 AT, which ensures progressive performance and high comfort. The Dynafit®-certified Tech inserts and Vibram® Bi-Density rubber soles ensure excellent stability and traction on a wide range of terrain. The inner boot is equipped with Thermo- and Memory-Fit foam, which adapts perfectly to the individual foot shape and therefore guarantees maximum comfort.
The three micro-adjustable Ergal® buckles, together with the Lock closures and Velcro fastener, ensure a secure fit and easy handling. The ski/walk mechanism via the rear buckle allows a shaft rotation of 60°, which makes walking on rough terrain easier. With an adjustable template of 12° or 14°, the boot can be adapted to personal preferences.
The SCOTT Cosmos is ISO 9523 Touring (UNI) certified and therefore offers the necessary safety and compatibility for demanding tours. It impresses with its Powerlite 2.0 construction, which ensures an optimum ratio of weight and stability.

Full-length Vibram bi-density rubber under the instep area provides maximum grip when scrambling over any terrain that isn't snow. The bi-density composition has firmer black rubber around the sole's perimeter to provide durability and superior edging power in step-in bindings. Softer red rubber in the sole's midsection gives maximum grip for scrambling.
