Choose half a size larger: For a comfortable and secure fit, choose half a size larger than your usual size.Our VECTIV™ technology was developed to maximize power transfer to the trail. It combines an ultra-light but stabilizing footplate, a midsole with Rocker bending and a grippy SurfaceCTRL™ outsole. Our Exploris is the translation for a long-distance hiking boot. But while this version features the same great details as the original, we've made a few changes. The platform underfoot is wider and offers more stability. The camber is 2 mm higher for more comfort and support. And the rockered midsole offers a forked heel and forefoot as well as a TPUplate for more lateral stability. The FUTURELIGHT™ membrane was developed in collaboration with The North Face® athletes and is still as waterproof and breathable as ever. The heels and toes are reinforced for protection on rocky trails and 4 mm lugs ensure a firm grip on uneven terrain.
