The Womens Verto Alpine Mid Gore-tex from The North Face are the perfect companion for demanding alpine adventures and trekking tours. These mid-height alpine boots are equipped with three-layer, waterproof GORE-TEX®, which leaves rain and snow no chance and is also breathable to prevent overheating. The upper is made of Majority leather and a molded ankle guard that provides additional comfort and performance.
Thanks to the robust rubbertoe cap and the rubberized protective edge on the heel, your feet are well protectedeven in the harshest environments. The durable synthetic mudguard construction and the combination of metal and Ghillie lace eyelets ensure a customizable fit. The Vibram® XS Trek outsole with 5mm lugs, a climbing zone in the toe area and a braking zone on the heel offers excellent grip and traction on slippery surfaces.
The sole is hard and stable, especially in the midfoot area, and the lightweight SKYCORE "Rock Guard" impact protection provides additional protection under the forefoot. All leather used comes from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group and the lining is made from 100% recycled material, making these boots an environmentally friendly choice.
