The strategically placed synthetic insulation provides warmth and durability exactly where it is needed most. When compressed, the PrimaLoft® Gold insulation in the seat area provides additional elasticity. The two-way adjustable Velcro fastener at the waist improves the fit and protects against bitterly cold winds. The specially pre-shaped knee sections ensure a better fit and freedom of movement, while the quilted construction reduces weight and increases mobility.
Made from 10D Recycled Pertex® Quantum Nylon Ripstop with fluorocarbon-free DWR coating, the Mythic Shorts offer unparalleled packable warmth. The additional 20D Recycled Pertex® Quantum Pro material on the seat and in the gusset area provides extra durability and protection. A lightweight pack sack is included, in which the shorts can be stowed compactly. These shorts are ideal for days when you never stay in one place for long and need to make it to the icy summit.
