The Ascent 700 sleeping bag from Rab is the ideal companion for anyone who doesn't want to sacrifice comfort and warmth even in cold conditions. This high-quality sleeping bag is filled with 700 g 650-fill-power European duck down and offers excellent insulation, which is further enhanced by the Nikwax Fluorocarbon-Free Hydrophobic Finish. This special treatment ensures that the down remains water-repellent and retains its loft, which is particularly beneficial in damp conditions.
The durable 30D recycled Pertex® Quantum outer fabric and 20D recycled nylonlining make the Ascent 700 not only environmentally friendly, but also extremely robust and durable. The trapezoidal boxwall construction maximizes thermal performance by preventing cold bridges and distributing the down evenly. The ergonomically shaped thermal collar and the YKK ¾-long main zipper with down-filled wind protection chamber ensure that no heat is lost and that you are well protected even at low temperatures.
Particularly practical is the option of zipping two sleeping bags together with a right and a left zipper, which offers additional space or comfort when you are traveling with a partner. The sleeping bag also features a YKK Anti-snag zip insert and an internal zipper lock to prevent the zipper from jamming. An integrated zipper-inside compartment offers space for small items such as a cell phone or headlamp. The included compression sack enables a compact pack size of 40 cm x 22 cm, ideal for transportation in a backpack.
