The Oakley MOD1 helmet is the perfect companion for all mountain adventures. Inspired by the classic skatehelmet, this lightweight and low-profile design offers outstanding functionality and protection. Thanks to the BOA® 360 FIT SYSTEM, a precise fit is guaranteed that adapts individually to the shape of your head. The installed ventilation function ensures that warm air can escape efficiently at the top of the helmet, creating a comfortable wearing climate.
For additional protection, the helmet can be optionally equipped with the MIPS® Brain Protection System. This low-friction layer minimizes the rotational movements that are transmitted to the head in the event of an impact. The FIDLOCK® fastener enables easy handling, even with gloves, thanks to its innovative magnetic fastening technology.
The removable inner and ear pads are machine washable and can be adjusted depending on the weather conditions. They also offer the option of wearing the goggle strap under the helmet. The special ventilation for the peak and goggles allows warm air to flow through unhindered, which provides better anti-fogging function. The helmet is available in sizes Small (51-55 cm), Medium (55-59 cm) and Large (59-63 cm) and complies with ASTM F2040 and CE safety standards.
