The functional, padded ZIENER men's ski jacket TARPU MAN is ideally suited for long skiing days in any weather thanks to its high-quality, elastic outer material. The breathable, waterproof and windproof ZIENER AQUASHIELD® membrane (hydrostatic head 10,000mm/breathability 10,000g/m²/24h) keeps you warm and dry. The jacket is PFC-free thanks to its environmentally friendly waterproofing. Moreover, the 100g/m² insulation made of breathable and lightweight insulating material keeps the heat balance even when wet – for a particularly high wearing comfort. Technical details such as the fixed, adjustable functional hood, elastic inner cuffs and the fixed snow guard contribute to this ski jacket’s high level of functional comfort. The forearm vents provide the necessary ventilation. Numerous features such as pockets for ski goggles and sunglasses as well as for smartphones, a side ski pass pocket, and a zippered breast pocket make this jacket an absolute highlight on the slopes. The most important seams are heat-sealed.

With PFC-free products, attention is paid to an environmentally friendly PFC-free impregnation, with consistent water repellency. PFCs (per- and polyfluorinated chemicals) are a large group of chemicals that are intermediates, auxiliaries or degradation products of certain fluorocarbon compounds. These are environmentally harmful substances. PFCs are used because of their water-, dirt- and grease-repellent properties. ZIENER is constantly working to remove the PFCs of concern from the life cycle of the products.
