On technical climbs in icy conditions, you need warmth but not weight. The Summit Breithorn down jacket from The North Face is equipped with 800-fill ProDown™ insulation and offers both: a high level of warmth and compressibility and extra loft, even when wet. The down filling and Pertex® Y Fuse technology ensure increased down tightness and improved water-repellent properties of the fabric, while the PFC-free DWR coating provides additional protection against moisture.
This jacket is not only lightweight, but also packs down small as it fits into its own pocket. The raglan sleeves and underarm gussets offer optimal freedom of movement, making it perfect for any activity where weight counts. The handwarmer pockets and chest pocket are equipped with water-repellent Reverse-Coil zippers to keep your essentials dry.
The torso material is made from recycled nylon ripstop, which helps to reduce waste and minimize the impact on nature. The stretchknit cuffs with FlashDry™ ensure greater comfort and a close fit to the wrist. With the internal hem adjustment and the one-point-adjustment system, you can customize the fit of the jacket. This down jacket is not only functional, but also sustainable, as it is made from recycled materials and the down filling is RDS-certified.

How to measure
- 1. Bust circumference:Measured at the widest part of the breast, just below the nipple. Make sure that the tape measure is at the same height around the chest.
- 2. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 3. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Sleeve length from neck:Measure straight from your neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.
