Compact comfort for camping and travel, the new Foam Core Pillow offers the luxurious feel of your favorite pillow at home. The outside of the pillow is made from a soft 50Dstretchknit fabric that is incredibly soft to the touch. A layer of polyesterfill material under the contact surface increases airflow for a truly comfortable sleep, even in warmer conditions.

Technologies and manufacturing processes

PILLOW LOCK SYSTEM
The Pillow Lock System consists of self-adhesive Velcro patches that are supplied with all Sea to Summit sleeping mats (from spring 2019). Attached to your sleeping mat, these patches secure your pillow and prevent it from slipping - yet won't catch on clothing or other lightweight fabrics. All Sea to Summit Pillows (from spring 2019) are compatible with this system. Existing pillows can be made Pillow Lock compatible by adding an Aeros pillowcase.
UPCYCLED FOAM
We use the by-product of our self-inflating mats to create the core of our Foam Core Pillow. This upcycled foam is firmly packed into a luxurious, soft and stretchy 50D fabric for optimum comfort.
