Materials:

External material: Made of waterproof and abrasion resistant technical fabric with an external mesh of heat sealed TPU film for lateral support. The pressure and shock resistant tongue protects the most sensitive areas. It features an asymmetrical toe
Chuck: GORE-TEX Invisible Fit for a waterproof shoe without compromising fit, flexibility and weight. Bonded directly to the upper, the lightweight construction is invisible for a mesh-like comfort feel.

Outsole:

The Agility sole has an EVA midsole with different densities to absorb shock and increase comfort. Stability is supported by a TPU insert in the medial area. Dynamic Protection System (DPS) in the forefoot area for propulsion and reactivity. VIBRAM® Megagrip outsole with climbing zone.

Technologies and manufacturing processes

EXO
Upper construction system developed by SCARPA to better protect and support the foot. Lateral protection devices (inserts or heat embossing) are combined here with the upper materialeral and thus together form an exoskeleton.
MEGAGRIP
VIBRAM Megagrip provides excellent grip in wet and dry terrain while maintaining a high level of durability. VIBRAM Megagrip was developed for users who are often confronted with slippery terrain and is therefore suitable for trekking, multisport as well as for travel and hiking all year round.
Gore-Tex
