Salewa Trek Mate 55+5

The Trek Mate 55+5 by Salewa is the ultimate, comfortable trekking backpack for men, ideal for multi-day alpine long-distance tours. With its customizable Dry Back Custom carrying system, which offers an individually adjustable back length, it ensures maximum carrying comfort. Anatomically shaped and padded shoulder straps, lumbar support and hip belt, together with position adjustment straps, guarantee an optimal fit and perfect weight distribution on the hips. The padded EVA back surface and 3Dventilation channels of the Dry Back System support air circulation and breathability in both summer and winter.
The Trek Mate is made from lightweight, abrasion-resistant Double-Ripstop polyester and has a reinforced bottom. Large storage compartments offer plenty of space for a change of clothes or tent poles, while a separate front compartment and side access to the main compartment facilitate organization. The height-adjustable lid makes it possible to expand the pack volume by an additional 5 liters, which is particularly practical for larger trekking tents. The rucksack also has various external attachment options for trekking poles and other equipment, as well as daisychainloops and additional straps for attaching a sleeping mat.
The Trek Mate is compatible with the SALEWA® bottle holder (product code 1303) and the smartphone pocket (product code 1305) and offers an outlet for a hydration system. An integrated rain cover protects the contents in bad weather.
