The insulating Sella TirolWool® Responsive Shorts from Salewa are the perfect companion for cold ski touring days. Thanks to the full-length side zippers on both sides, the shorts can be put on and taken off quickly and easily over ski clothing. When not in use, the shorts can be compressed and stowed away in their own pocket to save space. The small pack size makes them an ideal companion in a ski touring rucksack.
Salewas TirolWool® Responsive insulation, used in the Sella Shorts, combines sustainable wool from Tyrolean mountain sheep with thermoreactive minerals. This innovative material blend ensures long-lasting warmth, even when the shorts get wet. The warming lining is surrounded by a protective ripstopnylon material that provides additional robustness.
The Durastretch inserts on the sides ensure the necessary freedom of movement and stretch functionality so that you feel comfortable in any situation. As part of the Salewa Committed collection, the Sella TirolWool® Responsive Shorts are also equipped with a PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that provides additional protection against moisture.

How to measure
- 1. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
- 2. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 3. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Inseam length:Measured on the inside of the leg from the crotch to below the ankle.
