Salewa Pedroc Powertex 2.5 W Light Jacket

For intensive, fast speed hiking tours, we need clothing that offers high functionality even in changing stop-and-go phases - and can still be stowed away compactly in a backpack. We have developed the Pedroc 2.5L Powertex® Light jacket precisely for such requirements: The super-lightweight, waterproof and technical women's hardshell jacket consists of a 2.5-layer construction with a water column of 10,000 millimetres. The water column describes the pressure required for water to penetrate the fabric. The seams are also fully taped to ensure that rain has no chance here either. Nevertheless, the jacket remains extremely breathable at 40,000 g/m²/24h: 40 liters of water vapor per square meter can evaporate within 24 hours. This means the jacket is always comfortable to wear during strenuous speed hiking. The athletic-cut jacket has two zipped side pockets to store small items, while the close-fitting hood and elasticated cuffs also prevent wind and moisture from penetrating. The Pedroc 2.5L Powertex® Light Jacket is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection and thus meets our high social and ecological requirements to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint. The jacket has a PFC-free, durable water repellent DWR finish that contains no fluorocarbons. The Pedroc 2.5L Power® Light jacket is versatile, super-lightweight rain protection for changing weather conditions on the mountain.
