Designed specifically for hiking and via ferrata, the Mountain Trainer 2 by Salewa features a body-hugging Dry Back carrying system and split shoulder straps for optimal fit, improved breathability and maximum freedom of movement. The slim 25-Liter version is equipped with a top zipper and an easy-access front compartment, making it easier to access your gear.
The Dry Back Contact carrying system ensures that the load is carried close to the body while your back stays dry thanks to the reduced contact area and 3Dventilation channels. This design allows more evaporation per square centimeter than traditional systems and reduces the temperature in the middle back area. The hip belt offers additional stability and is equipped with an equipment loop and a practical mesh pocket.
For more stability and improved control, the backpack features Salewa's Twin Compression System (TCS), which allows you to easily adjust the volume. The lightweight Split Shoulder Straps increase the freedom of movement of the arms and further reduce the contact surface, allowing air to circulate better and reducing perspiration.
The Mountain Trainer 2 is equipped with mountain-specific features, including daisy-chain loops, attachment options for trekking poles, an integrated rain cover, easily accessible mesh side pockets and a zippered hip belt pocket.
