Thanks to thousands of heat-retaining air pockets, this synthetic insulation is durable and water repellent. The Hot Socks are encased in a lightweight, cozy 20D recycled fabric with minimal seams that reduces heat loss.The socks have a durable 900D nylon sole that further protects your feet from rising cold. They reach just above the ankle, have a comfortable stretch cuff and can be easily stored in your own pack and your backpack.
