The Ascent 900 from Rab is a very warm sleeping bag, ideal for cold nights and winter adventures. With its comfortable, wide mummy shape and filled with 900 g 650FP European duck down, this sleeping bag offers enough space to carry additional layers of clothing. It is perfect for four seasons and winter temperatures such as those found in the UK, New Zealand or Scandinavia.
Made from lightweight, durable and recycled Pertex® Quantum outer material and a recycled nylon inner lining, the Ascent 900 impresses with its sustainable materials. The trapezoidal boxwallchambers optimize the loft of the hydrophobic duck down and prevent cold bridges. All Rab's downsleeping bags are filled by hand in the UK and the down is not compressed before use to preserve its loft and warmth.
The spacious mummy shape with a wide foot area ensures a comfortable night's sleep, while the close-fitting thermal collar prevents body heat from escaping in the freezing cold. The ¾-long main zipper with down-filled wind protection chamber prevents the cold from penetrating. A YKK Anti-Snag zipper and an inner zip pocket for stowing a cell phone or head torch round off the practical details.
A cotton sack and a compression sack ensure a compact pack size and protection. In addition, two sleeping bags can be zipped together with a right and left zipper if you are traveling with a partner(in) or simply need more space.
