We have developed this climbing backpack especially for day trips on routes like El Cap or Bugaboos. Its integrated, asymmetrical protective cover can be opened wide for quick and comfortable packing and closed with a handle. This design minimizes the amount of fabric, protects the luggage from rough weather and ensures that the backpack remains open even when hanging. The shoulder straps are ergonomically designed to fit the torso and offer round-the-clock comfort, and the belt compatible hip strap is removable. Four loop straps to attach rope and helmet; adjustable ice axe loops for a variety of carrying options. Other details include the asymmetric profile for plenty of elbow room and a lid pocket with vertical zipper for quick access to small items. Made from lightweight, durable 212g/m², 210-denier double ripstop nylon and 205g/m², 400-denier ripstop nylon; lining made from 61g/m², 40-denier double ripstop nylon with PU coating and silicone impregnation and 200-denier polyester fabric.
