The Taiss Guide softshell trousers for men from Mammut offer the strongest weather protection in the entire collection and have been specially developed for mountaineering and ski touring. Made from a robust, 3-layer fabric with membrane, these trousers are completely windproof and offer reliable protection even in the most adverse conditions thanks to PFC-free, water-repellent waterproofing. After strenuous activities, the side ventilation zippers at hip height enable quick and effective cooling.
The waistband adjustment can be operated from the outside and the elastic Velcro fasteners on the leg hems, which are equipped with an elastic gusset and zipper, ensure optimum comfort. The pre-shaped knee section and integrated snow gaiters with fastening hooks and adjustment options offer additional protection and freedom of movement. The trousers are also equipped with climbing harness-compatible pockets with zippers and reinforced leg cuffs made from robust Cordura® material to protect against ski edges and crampons.
