The Blackfin III Mid DT Men from Mammut is the ideal hiking boot for demanding hikes in wintry conditions. Thanks to the winter-specific rubber compound of the grippy Vibram® 4 Trek outsole, this boot offers excellent grip on slippery surfaces. The waterproof PU membrane with taped seams guarantees dry feet, even in the most adverse weather conditions.
Thanks to Absolute Aluminia® Thermal Insulation, your feet stay pleasantly warm even in extreme temperatures of up to -25 °C. The inner shaft with aluminum insulation further enhances this warming property. The boot is made from robust PU material and has a rubber scree guard for additional protection.
The gusseted design and mid-cut shaft height offer optimum support and stability. Weighing just 590 g (EU 42 ⅔), the Blackfin III is pleasantly light and comfortable to wear for a long time. The standard lacing system ensures individual adjustment and a secure fit. The 14 mm drop supports a natural rolling movement of the foot and increases comfort on long distances.
