W’s Walkabout Skirt is designed to provide shade for lazy days in the sun but it is also surprisingly functional for the more active days. Take it hiking or bring it on your paddling trip. The cool, light and quick drying materials are up for any adventure. How does it work? W’s Walkabout Skirt is made with Wish Woven™, one of our lightest fabrics with a cool feeling and great next-to-skin comfort, perfect for hot and humid climates. The construction of the skirt, with a long side slit and buttons along the side lets you customize the fit for your needs. Button up if you are hiking through terrain and let it down when you want the shade on beach days. Two side pockets will hold your essentials and a hidden inner pocket with zipper works as a stow pocket. When should I use it? The functional material, smart details and timeless form makes W’s Walkabout Skirt a highly versatile garment for any summer wardrobe. Great for traveling and beach days, but also for camping, paddling or hiking. Challenge it and you will not be disappointed! This garment is recyclable and we kindly ask you to return it to Houdini when it is completely worn out. The raw materials can become new products and nothing will go to waste.

Care instructions
- Air clothes instead of washing to save water, energy and to make the garments last longer.
- Use a washing bag to protect your garments and to prevent fibers from leaking. When cleaning the bag and filter in the machine, make sure to wipe it clean and throw the lint in your trash can. Never rinse it in water since we don't want the fibers to end up in lakes or oceans.
- Machine wash, max 40 °C/104 °F.
- Use mild environmentally certified detergents and make sure to use the right dose.
- Avoid fabric softener. Besides being harmful for our environment, they have a negative impact on the garment performance, mainly moisture transportation and breathability.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron on low heat.

Most products in today's society have a linear life cycle where the earth's resources are extracted, used and then thrown away. This doesn't work in the long run and has a big impact on the environment. Instead, we want to close the production cycle and reuse materials we already have. But we need your help. If one day your Houdini apparel is completely worn out, please bring it back to us. We have recycling units in all Houdini stores and at many of our retailers.Recycled
The recycled fabric is derived from used plastic bottles, which helps reduce C02 emissions in the air and keeps plastic out of landfills. The result is a recycled polyester that is breathable, lightweight and durable.Recyclable
The material of this product is fully recyclable. Instead of becoming waste, the raw material can be used for new products. Our goal is to remove no more new raw materials from the earth's crust by 2030. Circular products made from recycled or recyclable materials can truly change the game of manufacturing culture.
