Giro Tyrant Spherical

We developed the Tyrant™ MIPS® to meet the demands of today's trailriders. It is just as at home on wooded singletracks as it is on dirt jumps. Its style is understated, but there are plenty of performance-features under the hood. These include the Wind Tunnel™ ventilation and MIPS® Spherical technology. This uses layers of foam that function like a ball and socket and dissipate impact energy in the event of a fall. One layer consists of EPS, which is particularly suitable for high-speedcrashes, the other of EPPfoam with lower density to absorb the characteristics of slower falls. The additional coverage of this Full-Cut design enhances the protective properties, while the design is aimed at riders who put style above all else.
