The Shuksan 3L Jacket is aimed at green pioneers, female alpinists and ski tourers who are looking for effective and consistently sustainable weather protection for the mountains. The hooded jacket is naturally waterproof, windproof and extremely breathable thanks to the innovative and environmentally friendly 3-layer material. The robust, elastic outer fabric consists of 95% recycled polyamide. The PTFE-free Ceplex Green membrane is based on recycled polyurethane with S-Cafe®, which is obtained from recycled coffee grounds. The cut is adapted to the needs of female climbers: The jacket does not slip out of the harness even during long climbs, the adjustable hood is fully helmet-compatible. The large front pockets offer enough space for warm gloves or a map. On ski tours, the climbing skins can also be stowed close to the body. The warmth means that the skins retain their adhesive properties better even in cold temperatures and after repeated padding. Two side pockets, set higher up, offer space for smaller items, which are quickly at hand even when the harness is fastened.
