Säntis 450 SYN

Pleasantly warm mummy sleeping bag with synthetic fibre filling for mountaineers and trekkers who are out and about especially in summer. The super elastic knee area and the slightly wider shoulders offer full freedom of movement and comfort. Helpful for cooking and reading is an additional opening for the arm in the shoulder area (the opening for the other arm is provided by the main zipper). When bivouacking in the wall, the opening can also be used for the safety rope. The pleasantly warm padding (450 g) is easy-care and quick-drying. It also keeps you warm even when damp. Due to the very light materials the sleeping bag does not weigh much and can be compressed small. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for an environmentally friendly, functional product made of sustainable materials.

Mummy
The best known form of sleeping bags. The mummy cut is characterized by its conical shape: the sleeping bags become narrower towards the feet. Due to their body-hugging cut, they minimize the air that needs to be warmed up and are particularly heat efficient. The cut means that less material is used than with other shapes. This makes the sleeping bags lighter than other cuts with comparable thermal performance and smaller compressible.
