Sea to Summit Ikos TR Tent 3 Person

Building on the design advances of Sea To Summit's award-winning, ultralight Telos Tension Ridge tents, Sea to Summit introduces the Ikos TR 3 tent, which offers the same great features and versatile pitching options for comfort-oriented backpacking and vehicle-based camping. The Ikos is characterized by the typical Sea to Summit material quality and attention to detail. Four internal pockets and two gear compartments provide ample storage space, while the aluminum pole feet/rainfly Cclips make pitching easier. A DAC MX frame supports the 68D polyester ripstop rainfly. The rectangular floor (large enough for three regular, rectangular sleeping mats) is made of 68D-polyester with a water column of 4,000 mm; a footprint that extends to the top of the vestibules is available separately. Spread out in this spacious home away from home.

Technologies and manufacturing processes

  • Treatment without PFC

The Ultra-Sil Nano Poncho and the Ultra-Sil Tarp Poncho are PFC-free.
  • TENSION RIDGE

The poles of the Tension Ridge are bent upwards like the wings of an airplane - and not tilted downwards as is usual with tents. This raises the shape of the tent and offers significantly more head and shoulder room, higher doors, easier access and more usable vestibule space.
