Scarpa Ribelle Run Kalibra G

The RIBELLE RUN KALIBRA G is a trail running shoe for extreme conditions and mixed terrain when cold, snow and mud require more protection and reliability. This model is suitable for runners who need shoes for mid-distance training and racing in the winter months or in summer on softer, more technical mountain terrain. The design consists of the gaiter and the new Wrap360 Lace System, which was developed in collaboration with BOA®.

Closure:

The Wrap360 lacing system was developed together with BOA® and allows the foot to be completely wrapped without any pressure points. At the heart of this system is the BOA® Fit System with the Li2 dial, which offers a precise, micro-adjustable fit in both directions and improves stability and control in technical terrain.

Materials:

External material: The inner upper, which houses the lacing system, is made of lightweight and breathable mesh reinforced by a microfiber structure and a TPU film. Provided with TPU edge that wraps and protects the entire shoe.

Outsole:

PRESA® TRN-04 is a sole for technical trails where grip and precision are essential. 5 mm deep lugs designed for maximum performance on snow and mud are the most important aspect of the sole design. The sole compound is SUPERGUM W, which is very powerful in winter and guarantees grip on icy terrain and snow.

KALIBRA GAITER
The gaiter offers maximum protection against wind, rain and cold and consists of a PU membrane, Polartec® Windbloc®, which is closed with a water-repellent zipper and a Velcro fastener. The special shape of this gaiter ensures that the boots last longer and protects the foot from abrasions. In addition, reflective 3M details ensure greater visibility in the dark.
EXO
Upper construction system developed by SCARPA to better protect and support the foot. Lateral protection devices (inserts or heat embossing) are combined here with the upper materialeral and thus together form an exoskeleton.
Presa
Presa® - SCARPA ultimate result of internal research and development on the subject of the sole. Because technological innovation is born in an environment where experience and scientific research merge. Each Presa® sole is developed with the constant thought of the context of use and the corresponding activity for which the shoe is designed. The measurement of key performance indicators (including grip on dry and wet surfaces and resistance) is crucial to the selection of the best sole.
Boa® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System offers a finely adjustable, precise fit and performs even under the toughest conditions.
WINTHERM
WINTHERM is a thermoregulatory membrane that keeps the body temperature in balance and, thanks to two combined technologies, ensures excellent breathability and insulates the feet from cold and heat: Insulation and reflectivity.
